We, the Rhomberg Sersa Rail Group, are pleased that you are visiting our job portal and are interested in our group of companies. We take the protection of your private data very seriously and want to make sure that you feel safe when visiting our website. The protection of your privacy in the processing of personal data is an important matter for us which we consider in all our business procedures. Data that is collected when you visit our website is processed in accordance with the data protection regulations of the DSGVO (Data Protection Act).
Minors
Children and young people under the age of 14 are not permitted to transmit any personal data on the Internet without the consent of their parents or legal guardians. Please note that our websites are not intended for or directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18.
Collection and Processing of Personal Data
When you visit our website, our web server automatically records the IP address assigned to you by your Internet service provider, the website from which you visit us, the pages on our website that you visit and the date and duration of your visit. Personal data, which we require exclusively for processing your application, is only stored if you provide it to us as part of your application. We only collect the data required for your application to the Rhomberg Sersa Rail Group or a Rhomberg Sersa Rail Group company.
You hereby agree to the processing and transmission of your data for the purpose of the application process only. You confirm that the information you provide is correct. You are also aware that untrue information may lead to the termination of a possible employment relationship. If your data is no longer needed after your application process is completed, it will be deleted with the exclusion of: Salutation, type of receipt, date of birth, first name, "How did you find us". This "body data" is further stored for the fulfilment of justified interests. If there is currently no vacancy that matches your profile, but we would like to keep your application on file for the future, we will ask you to give us your consent.
Your Online Application
The data you enter and transmit will be transferred directly to the server of our external service provider via an encrypted connection. All data is encrypted using the TLS process. If you log in after your registration with the user data provided, we also use the TLS encryption method.
Data Security
As part of order data processing, your data will be hosted at a provider in accordance with Art. 28 DSGVO. Both the Rhomberg Sersa Rail Group and the provider use technical and organisational security procedures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorised persons. Our security procedures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
Right of Information, Deletion, Blocking
You are hereby informed that your personal data (master data and contact data as well as social security data, contract data, tax data, family data, organisation charts, personal profiles with photos, salary information, time recording data, working and absence times, chat data, data on target agreements and data on personnel interviews) will be processed by the Rhomberg Sersa Rail Group and/or the companies of Rhomberg Sersa Rail Group solely for the purpose of the application process. Your consent constitutes the legal basis for data processing. Your data will be processed until revoked or as long as legal retention periods exist. Your data will be forwarded to Rexx systems GmbH, Süderstraße 75-79 Hamburg. You have the right to assert your rights (right from information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability) at any time under datenschutz@rsrg.com. In addition, you have the right to appeal to the responsible data protection supervisory authority.
